Flashing Cm9 From Stock I9000

4 posts in this topic

Hi

After using CM9 for some time, I decided to upgrade to the new stable release. I am not sure what happened, but the flash was unsuccessful. Using ODIN I restored my phone back to stock.

When I try to install CM9 I now end up in a recovery loop, where the phone will only boot into recovery.

What am I doing wrong? How can I fix this?

Many thanks

Harry

Try to do full wipe (data/cache and Dalvik-cache)

It may help

how do you restored back to stock. is this need a backup or recovery?

how can i restored my clean Android 2.3.4 with all of its apps? i have no backup.

Backup folders of your apps that may be found in /data/data directory... and just flash full firmware (it contain 3 files and may be found at samfirmware.com) via ODIN
