Yes, ended up being the fact that I used adb push to copy my data back to my phone.  Once I copied it off (Windows could still see it fine), deleted it through Windows & then copied it back it worked fine.  Never had that one happen before.

Just curious, why did you use adb push to copy data back to your phone o_O?

I did a clean wipe before flashing 9/29 and the camera is updated. Camera and camcorder work fine for me. But I used the official 7/26 gapps instead of Formula84's and the camera now allows swiping from the camera to gallery. However, no way to sync photos, Google+ instant upload is stuck on OFF.

This has always been the case for me. The only charges that work for me are the square block Samsung ones that came with the phone. I bought 3 more on Amazon for about $2 each. Any other charger I find lying around, from other people's smartphones, either do nothing or drain my battery when connected. I bought a Motorola USB fast car charger and got lucky because amazingly this works with my phone.
