I did not try android_device_lge_x3-66f44da.zip of 3466 Kb to unlock bootloader because I have not found any CM10 rom to download, am I wrong?

I downloaded the file TeamNDVRu-android_device_lge_x3-66f44da.zip of 3466 Kb, this is just to flash with recovery v6.0.1.1 with devices with bootloader locked or other method unknown to me?

Then you can flash with recovery even with bootloader locked or is only for devices developper?
