Changing Drawer Icon In Cm10

as the title indicates, im looking for a way to change the icon for the app drawer, and possibly move it's position in the dock. i've got the tools to create custom shortcuts and i've got ninjamorph, so I can work in the system files, if someone knows how to get it done, i'd appreciate the help.
