Good advice from ‘Jeremija’ :)

With regards to  >>you will loose your installed apps and settings, but i don't know a better way.<<
You could use Titanium Backup I think it will be able to repatriate all you apps after a fresh install.

First way (approved):

1)° Download gapps (Google Apps) from the link above, you should get a zip file
2)° Place this archive on your sdcard (root, directory or whatever)
3)° Reboot in recovery mode (power off button:  reboot > recovery)
4)° Choose "apply zip from sdcard" or something like that
5)° Reboot system from your recovery
6)° done :)

Second way (not tested yet) :
1)° Open RomManager (installed by default)
2)° Download and install gapps from there
3)° It should automatically reboot in recovery and apply the update

Android Market is a part of google applications, so in order to get it you must first install gapps ;)

Im stuck on step three. When I reboot into fastboot and go to recovery my screen is stuck on the red exclamation mark in the triangle screen. It just stays there.  Please help. I've been to this exclamation mark screen before but when I did it previously I had to run a batch file to get to the Recovery screen. Now I'm just hung up on the exclamation mark screen
