Ignore the part about the SD card error checking, that has been merged into the nightlies.    Your concern is the number of apps you have moved to your SD card and increasing your internal storage.

You will find it here:  http://goo.im/devs/j...mtouchpad/tools

If you read throughly through that thread, then you know that the best way to get your internal memory working(since you got the failed install) is make a backup, uninstall, reinstall, run the memory fix, reboot immediately, and then restore the backup.  However, you need to deal with the apps on the SD card first.  Either use Sullins fix to get them moved or start deleting apps until you have room in internal memory and move everything off the SD card.

The alternative to all this is just start over.  Uninstall, and reinstall CM9 again just like you did the first time.  After you get it set up with the same Google account info, some of your apps, data and settings should download from Google's servers. Of course you have to have had backup up to Google servers turned on in settings/backup & restore.
