Touchpad Broken While Installing Android

hi

i am following the instrucitons to install android on my touch pad and now my touch pad does not power.

i was following the instrcutions at :

it fails at step 7 and before step 8

i got this issue :

windows was unable to install QHSUSB_DLOAD

i am on windows vista 32

pls help

I followed this video last week and have had no problems(touch wood) so far. Search his other videos for other tips.
