I'm using cm 9 RC2 (Samsung Galaxy GT-I9100). This error appears when I try to install gratis apps on Play Store (it isn't a purchase).
If I reflash the ROM, I don't receive this message; it appears only after I restore my apps and personal data using Titanium Backup PRO.

Now using Cyanogenmod 9 stable, but still getting the same error. I can't use Play Store!
