Cyanogenmod DESTROYS other ROMs. It was the way my EVO OG should have been from the factory. So many fantastic options with so much usability. So intuitive.

After my OG EVO died, I was nearly forced into upgrading. I figured the EVO LTE would be very similar, but have LTE capabilities. Well yes and no. But most importantly, I no longer have cyanogenmod. :-( :-( I have tried several of the ROMs over at XDA and all have, without a doubt, fallen short of my experiences with cyanogenmod. I've tried Deck's port over of CM9 and, well.... it's not the solution. I thank him for his work. But its got its share of major issues and it appears as if he's given up on it (no replies or updates in over a month).

So please, I beg you, release a stable/complete version of cyanogenmod for the EVO LTE. Even if you just use toast's work as a basis to build on. I need my CYANO!

I would doubt they release a version for LTE.  Partially because it looks like cyanogenmod has sold out to samsung.  Its a sad day!

What do you mean they have sold out to Samsung?

Ask and you shall receive.

CM10 Nightly builds.  Apparently everything works, but the camera is a bit laggy, and no 1080P video recording.  I'm still waiting for the stable release before I flash though.

Ok, so NOOB here. i have modded my Nook color, but haven't done any phones yet. i just got my EVO LTE and am considering it. I have questions (of course)
  • When I mod the device, can I go back if I "break" it?

  • After modding, will I have to re-activate it with Sprint?

  • CM 7.1 was way cool, but is 10.0 better than ICS?

  • (off topic) What launcher do you recommend?

Im loving CM 10 for my Evo 4G LTE. Ive been using it as a daily driver for about 10 days and i find that it is much faster smoother and better looking than ICS. Especially because i themed it with this Dark Blue Theme that is Siiiickkk!!!

Evo 4G LTE CMX 10 ROM. ROOTED S-ON Hboot 1.12
32G SD.

I replaced the Camera with an updated version of CMS JELLYBEAN CAM it seems to be performing beyond my expectations. Oh and just incase i do have the SENSE 4.5 Cam.zip Ready To Flash should i desire it. I also took the liberty of installing about six of the BEST Camera.apks available for Android so i'm more than happy. Im freakin Ecstatic!
