Okay, I rooted my GT I9100 with CF Root/CWM4. Had yello triangle after a Reboot and susequent re-boots, but functioned normally.
I noted that I had CWM, and Super User Apps present. Did a full backup with CWM, then flashed my Israeli Stock ROM of 2.3.5 (basically for the Hebew support) from Orange(partner) onto the phone. Now, the Yellow Triangle is gone, but so is my CWM, as well as Super User Apps. Phone works great though. Hmmmm...?? Phone was 2.3.5 before I Rooted, and I flashed with 2.3.5 version from Israel. Does anybody know why my CWM, and Super User Apps would disappear? Is this bad? Ideas? Suggestions?

Super User and CWM will be system apps. When you install a new ROM your system partition typically gets wiped. Your phone is probably no longer rooted. It's not good or bad, just a matter of your preference. It should be worth noting though that since you have seen the triangle the flash counter is probably no longer 0 so if you send your phone for repairs your warranty will be declared void. You can reset that with Triangle Away from the Play Store (or from forum.xda-developers.com). Have a read up on that before you take any action. Triangle Away could theoretically brick your phone.

Okay,...Ill give it a whirl. Thank you for answering...You were the only one. Phone works good, though I do seem to burn through my Wi-Fi allotment much quicker than before...oh well.

If you are having trouble installing CyanogenMod or other roms with Clockwork Recovery, you might try doing so with Goo Manager instead. CWR was always taking me back to the yellow triangle,or would just error out. Once I had Superuser and CWR installed, Goo worked for flashing the new rom.
