Help Needed To Flash Cm9 Rc On Sbg-T959D

I searched T959D and receive zero return, hope to find some helps here...

I have a SGH-T959D with stock Gingerbread ROM from Telus.  Can somebody point me to a tutorial on how to flash from GB to CM9?  Should I use i9000 RC ROM or Fasinate RC ROM?
