Does CyanogenMod for the HTC Sensation also run on the HTC Sensation XE? Or are the XE and non-XE versions too different?

Yes, it's the same.
The ROM for HTC Sensation can be flashed on Sensation XE & 4G.
The ROM for HTC Sensation can be flashed on Sensation XE & 4G.

I have noticed a few issues when using the Sensation release on the XE:
1. The battery charge indicator LED turns green at ~90%, so the phone's other indicators need to be looked at to ensure full charge. Can this be fixed, I guess this happens because the XE has a higher battery?
2. I have also noticed calling out issues but I can't be certain, although I have done several clean installs, whether this is specific to my phone.

All AOSP roms turn the light green at 90% for both the normal and the XE.

I want rooting my HTC Sensation and install Cyanogemod, someone can help me as ago, my Sensation has HBOOT 1.27 and I can not find the way.

Rather than posting replies to topics that have nothing to do with what you are wanting to do (just because the phone is the same does not count), please create a new post in the forum discussing your problem. Then topics don't get off-topic (or resurrected from the dead).

Hi,
I installed CM 10.1 on my HTC Sensation XE. It works perfect. But after about a minute the screen rotation stopps. I tried factory reset, in the first setup it works, i try the browser it works. But then a minute it stopps working. A restart doesnt solve the problem. I didnt install any apps. But a wipe cache/dalvik solve the problem for about a minute, then it wrong again! It seems like some program autostarts that kill that function. I tried to reinstall the CM, but no change! None of the sensor works and it affects sms, browser camera, so every app that has the ability to rotate.
Any suggestion?
