Maybe you can restart KDZ process from emergency mode.

Reflash kdz in emergency mode, then hard reset

If you phone is detected by kdz flasher then reflash it or hold vol up+down simultaneously  and hold power button to enter emergency mode then connect it and reflash kdz.

If you're stuck at boot animation then hard reset it....

i tried to hard reset but anything wont change nothing still stuck at boot animation i am crazy for this now

the problem was solved but in LG's technical service .

Why is it stuck on lg boot amination any suggestion.

because stock rom is bad
