Applications Not Responding

Changed from galaxy S2 to CM9 last week
Dialer and phone book take a long time to load and at times crash ( is there an update or patch ?)
Same with many play.google apps
Have to click many times for it to respond ( not always but quite frequent )
Phone also appears slow

Any advise ?
