Speakers Mixed Up?

Hey guys,

My problem: Whenever I'm in a phone call, I can only hear people via the loudspeaker, otherwise it's silence. Also, my speakers won't make any sound (besides loudspeaker in calls, or notifications), for example, music will not play from any app through the speakers, but works fine with headphones plugged in. I also had this problem while using Darky's ROM, but when I installed stock firmware last night it all worked fine.

Any idea what could be causing this?
