Cyanogenmod Bootlogo Shows Up When I Try To Move An App To The Sd Card

When I try to move an app to the sd that can work on the sd card the screen goes black then the cyanogenmod boot logo shows up for about ten seconds the it goes back to the lock screen. The same thing happens when I try to force install an app to the sd.
