Legend And Sounds

Hi, my legend and CyanogenMod-7-11152011-NIGHTLY-Legend I have this problem.
It happens that suddenly do not feel the sounds and it lasts for a long time. I mean to sound the alarm call and the music and videos.
If I use headphones I hear regularly.
Then suddenly, without shots or more will be set to function properly.
Can anyone help me?
