Knowing that the HTC EVO V 4G is just a repackaged/flashed HTC EVO 3D, is cyanogenmod available to the HTC EVO V 4G as well? If it is, would it be the same installation method?

I would also appreciate an answer to this question. Rooting the Evo V 4G was very different from rooting on an Evo 3D, but it'd be nice to know for sure if the 3D Cyanogen mod is incompatable. It would also be nice to know if a V 4G mod is in the works.

There is a mms fix for virgin mobile. you should be able to flash but you would lack the mms feature.
