Help Needed Urgently On Cm9

I am new to rooting and I have rooted my I9100GDXLP6 just for CM9
Unfortunately, I kept getting 'status 7' upon trying to install the first RC of CM9
Also, I was stupid enough not to back up my phone ROM (if that's what it's called).
I am really clueless now. Is there anyone kind enough to lead me somewhere out of this please?

I've even tried reinstalling lots of times and other possible nightly ROMs but none helped.
