The download goo.im means your .gapps file you will need for the ICS builds. ICS .gapps file for the google 'playstore' are different than the ones for the gingerbread versions of cyanogenmod so to have access to the 'playstore' you will have to use a different .gapps file. Here is the link for that. Use the CM 9 version on top.

Here is the link for that AOPK ICS nook color build from Phoenix's link above.

AOPK means "Android Open Kang Project", I guess that means that ROM is available for anyone wanting to improve it or use it, like cyanogenmod here maybe. Usually AOPK is the top of the line bleeding edge OS that is currently available. Most likely beta builds of ICS for the nook color. Though some are Alpha builds. Reports on XDA though for that ROM suggests its a beta build now.
Usually AOPK builds are like Kang builds, they are outside younger "linux developers"; including me, trying to make a rep for themselves so you will see some bugs in these builds; but since its a competitive project outside of cyanogenmod, you can expect daily improvements from other teams building ROMS for the nook color also until it goes stable. Which is a great thing. Adds some competition for development. I would think that the code is also submitted into the main linux kernel line for the nook color so our wait for a ICS stable or release candidate is now growing shorter.
The builds here on cyanogenmod proper are done by seasoned professional "UNIX wizards" ...as a side project or from those retired from development from a reputable corporation. Like fat-tire. I will wait for that build for ICS for my nook color to be released as a Release Candidate as those guys put perfection first. Which takes a bit more time.

The only outstanding bugs in that AOPK nook color build in the link Phoenix gave is a huge battery drain which stands out at the end of that XDA thread so that issue will have to be worked out. Also since ICS is trying to implement HTML5 and doing away with flash support for videos there are reports coming in that they are having problems streaming HD video. 360p standard definition is working fine though.
So....just those two outstanding bugs need to be worked out before that build is ready for a Release Candidate here. Hopefully

This thread here has a better outline on how to install this ROM in this link here. Note box 190. He used verygreens SD card method on XDA.
