It was announced...there appear to be links to download it...but the links to the download are devoid of the zip! Where is it?

The RC1 was taken off due to a small error on Captivate, I believe.

Hi guys, Newbie here.
After running CM7 for a couple months, I'm in love with this ROM. My phone is trouble-free and faster than ever! I'm dying to install CM9, but all I see are nightlies.
Any idea when 9RC will be available?
In the meantime, would you recommend I install the nightly? Do I need to wipe to install?
