How I Can Update The Prl?

I am from Puerto RIco. I am going to be 1 month on Grand Rapids, MI and when I tried to call to *228 it says it failed. I have the latest stable version of CM7.

I read something about PRL 11115 but I can't found a good guide on How install it.

You have to be running a Sense-based ROM to update your prl. You can do a nandroid backup for your current install, install a Sense-based ROM, update your prl, and then restore the backup.
