Use this keyword in xda developer site:
[KERNEL][V1500] RM 35 KERNEL For LG Optimus Hub E510 UNIVA | OVERCLOCK | 2.6.35.13 |
Cautions: Dragons ahead! Never set max CPU speed to 1 ghz, use max CPU speed 979 mhz instead.

i tried the [KERNEL][V1500] RM 35 KERNEL For LG Optimus Hub E510 UNIVA | OVERCLOCK | 2.6.35.13 |, i found some bugs in it, but it was pretty good, i found another kernel that could get to 1.4ghz instead of 1g. im using that right now, although the governors for it suck. thanks.
