Running CM9 nightlies and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the issues I'm having. With the wifi sleep policy set to 'never' I've noticed wifi will still go to sleep when the phone screen is off for a while. This is not a big issue, since everything works, but it is slow to wake up sometimes and I find myself having to wait for it to connect before I can do anything. Also, I've had the phone reboot when turning on the wifi from the system settings menu. It works fine from the notification power widget, but if I'm turning it on from system settings, my phone will reboot sometimes.

Both issues have persisted through several nightlies and I did a full wipe and reinstall of everything a few weeks ago and the issues have still persisted. I have not tried wiping the system partition, maybe I'll try that next.

Well I tried doing a full wipe and formatting system and I installed the latest nightly without restoring any data. Once my phone booted up, I turned on wifi through system settings and the indicator just started turning off and on repeatedly. I rebooted and wifi worked fine and I was able to switch it on in system settings. I restored a nandroid after because I'm going out of town and won't have time to work with it.

This has been reported a lot recently. I haven't had the issue, nor do I know if it's being fixed

It seems like the rebooting when turning on wifi issue has stopped for me. I did another full wipe and re-installed everything and I am using the datafix from xda for the low space alerts. Previously I was using a revised version of the data fix and I think the problems may have arisen from /datadata being full. I reverted back to the 11032012 datafix so I don't have to worry about /datadata.
