Where To Find Proprietary Files?

Hi!
I'd like to build my own ROM from the CM sources. I followed the instructions in the wiki [1].
Now I'm at the point where I have to copy the propritary files [2].
Do I really have to get these files from the phone directly or is there any source in the web for downloading it?

They would either need to come from your phone or another ROM that contains them. I don't know of any other place to get them.
