Hello,

I have upgraded to 7.2 from 7.1 and what i must say its more laggy - all transitions between desktops, scrolling application menu, etc...
I also use handcentsms with swype keyboard and sometime i even cannot write sms because the program get stalled and i need to kill it 'cos its not responding.

Anyone came across sth like that?
I have done a full data & cache clean, formatted sdcard and /system before flashing from recovery, so no chance there is any trash from older installation.

BTW. 7.1 also was a little bit laggy sometimes (but no as laggy as 7.2 is), the best version ever i used was 7.0.3 if i remember correctly...

Nope, 7.2 is very quick on my device. Except when I tried to use S2E which slooooowed the system down so much it became unusable. Maybe you want to test your sd card, just to make sure there's nothing wrong with it? Also, make sure you have at least a Class 4.

I'm using GO Launcher EX, which I find even more responsive than AWD -- but that's just mho.

I had almost the same issues (slow desktop and drawer transition), and after switching to ADW Launcher EX I haven't had any problems.

I also updated to 7,2.0.1 and used s2e and it was laggy and slow. But don't move application data to sd card in s2e. When I removed this tag and rebooted. My desire was smooth and quick and on lag at all.

sendt fra min HTC Desire med CM 7,1

I use s2e as well. Does anyone experience audio stuttering?
