I'm new to CyanogenMod and recently installed to my phone, But for a few days iv'e been trying to figure out how to do get Facebook on to the phone.

Could somebody please give me a hand with this.

If you've installed the gapps package just go to google play and install it as you would with any other app.

If you don't have the Play Store on your phone, you would need to install the gapps package that Pebcak- mentioned.
