"charging With Phone Off Bug"

When you charge your phone while is off, the screens blinks buggy on and off. That bug exists since the 1st nightly, we are on stable now, but we didnt see any progress...

Were these issues ever posted to the bug tracker? Developers don't frequent the forum and rely on bugs reports submitted to the tracker.
