Hi,
i have 7.1.0.1(german) installed and it works wonderful except 2 problems:
I normally have internet disabled. When i need internet i enable it via menu.
But internet does not connect, no icon in statusbar. I have to enable flight mode und disable flight mode again, which restarts all mobile connections. Then internet icon is visible and internet works.
Anyone had that problem? Solution?
Regards,
tatooine

I haven't seen that issue at all. Can you try CM 7.2 RC3 and see if the problem is still there? You can just flash it right over your old version, no wipes needed (although, I always recommend performing a nandroid backup... just in case).

I installed CM 7.2 and the problem is still there.
I want to add that i have internet connection set to only 2G.
I also tried Apps which switch on/off internet and they work some time and some time not.
What always works now is switch on internet by App and then toggle 2G/3G internet and back.

It might be worth it to try a full wipe including a manual wipe of the /system partition. It could be a corrupted install or a corrupted settings database. You can back up all your apps with a program like Titanium Backup, just make sure you don't back up any system-related settings as restoring those could bring your problems right back.
