Need Help On Cm7 With Aria

1st time I try to install CM on my HTC Aria. I did it pretty well with my HP Touchpad, but not this time.

I followed the guide carefully

I no can access to revolutionary CWM. I download the lastest stable CM files and googles apps and install it from SD card.

I reboot which is supposed to get me into CM7, And I stuck with the HTC logo :|

any suggestions please help me, thank you guys !!

p/s: I can still access the CMW, and can recover to the stock rom. And I try to install CM7 again, and fail again :|

any help please ???

After trying 3rd times, I now see the logo of CM7, Still don't understand why :D haha lolz !!!
