No Voicemail/Text Notifications with 7.2 RCs

Since I upgraded to the 7.2 release candidates, I have not received notifications for text messages or voicemails. The text thing is almost irrelevant for me since I rarely get or send them. The voicemail notifications is a big thing. Do I need a new radio to flash? If so, where would I get one? FWIW, this is with Cellcom in Wisconsin. I talked with them and there is nothing that should be blocking these from their end.

The good news is that I fixed it. The bad news is that I had to dust my phone to do it. Must have been some cruft from a previous installation.
