cant add youtube account

i upgraded to the new 7.2 and ever since i cant seem to add my youtube account to the youtube app.....i had a YT account setup b4 my google and now it will only let me add a google account or a FB account or "exchange" i dont have any other options to add accounts. and when i open YT app it gives me the option to add the google account or "ADD ACCOUNT" well when i click add it only gives me the 3 options. exchange/google/FB...no other options are selectable.....now if i go to the youtube web page then i can log in fine but id rather use the app if possible

You probably need to link your google account with your youtube account. I did this quite a few years back.
