There is an issue, it doesn't matter what i do with the phone, but sometime the screen will freeze, And notthing helps, And I have to take off the battery... i've got this issue on RC1 and RC3.
I Hope it will be fixed in the future

I have the exact same issue, the phone is randomly freezing during use or not, i need to remove the battery every time, this can happen 1 time per week or 5 times a day.

It didn't happen with specific app.

Can i help you by giving you log or something ?

I have the problem too.
Randomly, but 3x if I was listening music by headset.
Is it fixed in the newest nightly? There are no more changelog for gb, right?

No issue for me with RC3, installed over other nightly.

I found a fix for the problem,

It's probably a specific app that cause the random freezing.

I've reinstall the lastest release (nightly) with full wipe data and everything run very smooth and clean (for 3 days!!).

After the install on CM, install your app one by one and look for any freezing bug.  (I'm suspecting JuiceDefender or Drawsome)  but I can't remember all app I had previously.

Don't forget to backup your contact/sms/call log if you need it.

I don't think so. Cause i've installed clean installation of RC3, and after maybe 5 minutes it happens again ...
But whatever, since there is unofficial CM9 (mostly stable only, 3g/data and camera isn't working) i'm rather working on that.
It's faster than everything what i ever had on my phone

Anyone know if this bug has been fixed in last releases ?

I've tried CM9 and this bug is kind of fixed but too many other problems. Now i'm using Zeus with Gingerbread... 2.3.4 this is the only stable version without this frustrating bug.

When the BSOD happen if i received call or SMS everything is lost and leave no trace of anything.

Its not fixed. Just use cm7 + heux kernel v4 with mod. I didnt get any sod since few months.
