I installed CM9 and after working out a couple kinks I'm loving it. My main problems are how to get the sprint voicemail app on there, and how to fix the emoticon button. Right now the emoticon button doesn't do anything at all. Any help is much appreciated!

The emoticon button is part of TW and likely wont ever work in any build of CM

The standard voicemail app will work fine with Sprint Voicemail.

There is no need for a custom app.  The sprint app is just the standard one bloated with a sprint theme and ads for Sprint products.  It's nothing special.
