Glad to hear! I just put the 5/22 nightly on my touchpad yesterday and had no problems at all.

Sorry for my late reply.

For me, the WiFi problem got sorted out with effect from update-cm-9-20120529-NIGHTLY-tenderloin-signed.zip.  Just download the very latest (now it is update 20120601) as each nightly build is an update from the previous one.

Good luck!

I have the 5/30 nightly on my touchpad and am having trouble getting a wifi connection set up. I have a WEP setup, and after I put in the password it still shows full signal for a second, then the signal drops out as obtains an IP address. If I let it go long enough it will come back saying it didn't connect to keep from connecting to  too slow of a connection. I'm in range and the network speed is not the issue. any help?

I have the same problem and the only solution I've found is to restart the router.  Once it comes back online, the TouchPad connects immediately.  I'm using the MonoPrice Wireless "N" Router.

I am running nightly 6/3 now and still having the same trouble. Tried restarting router but to no avail. I tried clearing the cache in between installing the nightlies and nothing new. I find it wierd that the wifi signal is full when you go to settings/wifi and when I put in the wep passcode it saves and when it says "obtaining ip address" the signal drops out and after a few minutes says it avoided a poor internet connection. Any help?

OK, so I was able to connect to another network that had no security protocol. Maybe channel? I heard people have theirs hooked up through WEP without an issue. Also, where can I go to download the android market (play) that will work with this?

  • I'm using WEP and WPA2 with the 6/1 nightly build and it connects autmatically to both as I get near them. WPA is channel 11, WEP is channel 6.

Hello
I am  having the problem again of "connected but no internet". Using CM9 , nightly: 16 July. TP connects right away to the wifi, but the icon remains gray, never turns blue and no internet apps will work.  I know my wifi is alright, it connects with internet to the Android phone. With previous nightly, I was not having the problem after I booted WEBOS and turned off the wifi in there--no idea why that seemed to work--tried it again this time and still no internet connection...any ideas are appreciated, thanks
