You to not have a simple tutorial on how I can update it?

I Looked at XDA forum, it is very complicated, I made processes, but without success, the phone will not turn on, does not start properly.

It's pretty much as same as CM7.1 Alpha 10 for our Sensation.
The differences are:
1. You flash different ROM (of course).
2. You flash different firmware (latest 3.32)
Based on my experience, you don't even need ClockworkMOD since I'm using EX4 Recovery Touch :-)

My version is: Hboot 1.27, S-On, Unlocked, 4ext Touch.

I installed the ROM Revolution HD 6.4.4 with the Smatflash 4ext. I did not need have to do anything.

Is the same process the Cyanogem?

I assume that's a typo above (6.4.4)?  If you have ARHD 6.6.4 installed (and phone is running fine), you have the latest firmware.

And to install CM9, flash into recovery, format data, wipe cache/dalvik, install ROM, flash GApps, and you're done!

Correct me if I'm wrong but in his case he is not s off which prevents flashing the kernel from recovery. I suspect he will need to flash the kernel from fastboot or do a proper s off.
