Don't think there is one by default.

I too am having WiFi issues, and its not fixed through wiping, fixing ppermissions, nor a firmware update. It's worth noting however, that ofit doesn't happen on all routers. I can connect to my work WiFi just fine, but at home I get no internet. I can connect to the router, but I have no internet connectivity.

Sounds just like mine. Tried connecting to an open, public network at a restaurant last night and couldn't get an ip. On the plus side, 4g is working great!

Edit: not sure what I did but now it's working...

I used to have a similar problem with other ROMS and my router.
I always put it down to the phone but I suspect it was a phone/router bug.

Either way the way I resolved it was by setting a manual IP on the phone
I knew how to do it on CM7 but on ICS i'm not sure, Used to just go to wifi try and connect and select advanced? Or something similar. Set it manually. It will only use a manual address for that router and DHCP for others.

For those that want to set the wifi manually (even I have this so need to enter a static ip). When setting up the wifi select "Show advanced options" next to IP you will see "DHCP" change it to "Static". You should get spots to enter in all details (IP, default gate way, primary and secondary DNS). If you already have the networ set up tap it and select modify then same as above. Seems strange but that is how I need to do it.

On an additional note my office wifi connects fine, I need to do this just at home though the router is set up correctly and nothing else needs a static IP :S

Fixed my WiFi! For those having the same issues, try restarting your router. I did some poking around and it seems that certain routers don't like it when a device changes it's WiFi modules. Restarting your router apparently clears it up, at least it did for me!

I've been getting an empty zip file for the nightlies. In the morning it was incomplete downloads, now the files are just empty. Anyone else?

I have no problems with wifi and battery life- so far no bugs. I really like the recent nightlies with the apollo music player (the old one kept crashing)
.
But i want to point out a few things that i would like to have on cm9: ( i hope this is the right place to do so)

1. if i make videos with my sensation i can only choose 720p (i used to make 1080p videos with my cam)
2. i cannot overclock my processor in the settings (maybe you could use a sensation xe kernel with 1,5ghz max?)
3. the camera live view (i dont really know how to call it) is only 2/3 of the screen- on the sense based camera app i used to have almost the whole screen.
4. i am missing the hdr modus really bad.. it was so good for photographing sunsets.

for issues 1, 3 and 4 it may help to use the sense camera app.. maybe someone can tell me how to install this myself because no one else seems to miss this features.

thank you guys for an awesome rom!

Random thought I had that seems maybe I should have had sooner..... But with the ICS reflashes, after each nightly Android optimizes each app.  Does this make doing fix permissions obsolete?

It's rebuilding the cache.  You should never have to fix permissions anyway.

I wiped data and cache. Flashed the latest nightly build for the Sensation. Restarted the phone and everything works. But suddenly the system crahes and reboots till I finally remove the battery. Also tried to use RomManager but this doesn't work either.
Does anyone have an idea what's the problem`?

Which rom did you come from (I assume it was something other than CM9, since you wiped)?  If you came from a Sense rom, you'll probably need to erase /system & /data via adb or a script.  The widely used Sensation superwipe script is supposedly incompatible with CM9, but it worked fine for me when I switched over.  Failing that, try flashing a different nightly build.

1080p video recording only works on opensensation builds at the moment. You could find the opensensation thread in xda.

Thanks to Cyanogen and the team, my Sensation is running great with CM9. Enjoying the extra battery life too! :o)
