What is the full command you are typing out, and what is the full output of the error?

My guess is that you need to have the full directory structure to where your boot.img file is in the command.

this is the command i typed out
fastboot -i 0xfce flash boot boot.img
and for the output.. it only show that sentence(title)

i extracted boot.img from the .zip and pasted it in C:/android-sdk-windows/platform-tools as in the guide

Then you need to make sure you are in the platform tools folder when you run the command. It can't find the file, so you need to specify directly where it is at. It may actually be easier if you copy it to the c:\ directly, then you just type the command

fastboot -i 0xfce flash boot c:\boot.img

Once you load a custom reocvery, you either need to flash another ROM or remove two files or your recovery will be restored the next time you reboot.

Once you get the recovery flashed, if you don't flash a ROM immediately, you need to remove /system/etc/install_recovery.sh and/or /etc/install_recovery.sh

After reading through the instructions for your phone, it seems that you aren't getting through step #7. If you do it properly, you should be able to get into recovery.

Ignore my previous post as I didn't realize that your phone was quite a bit different in getting CM on it than many others.

So, did you successfully flash the boot.img file? If so, you need to follow step #6 to reboot the phone, and then, while it is rebooting, follow step #7 to get you into the recovery. Once you are in recovery, you can flash CM.

What is the output of the commands when you type them (for steps 5 and 6). With windows, if you right click on the command prompt, you can select Mark selection (or something close to that). Then with your mouse, highlight all your commands and output and hit the enter key. This copies all that output to the clipboard. Then paste it in here with code tags.

When the device reboots, have you tried holding the volume up and volume down buttons the whole time from the point you hit enter trying to get the phone to reboot?

If that still didn't work, then I am fresh out of ideas. Either the rooting process has changed, you got some corrupted files, your phone is broken, or somehow you are still doing the process wrong (I am not implying this, but it is still a possibility).
