I've tried Spirit FM on the last Nightly build with no success, it crashes on start.

I am missing the Radio too... and Spirit full version does not come for free... can we look at getting the radio app from stable ROMs?

I fixed it with above solution too. I now have Spirit FM running on CM9 latest (9-20120717).
