I really would like to get the camera working for Skype. This is a fantastic mod, with that one exception.

So I found out today that it's Nvidia holding everything up by not releasing the camera codes. I hope they change their minds soon.

The camera is working great on my G-Tablet. I followed the steps here to install CWM 8 and CM7.2
http://forum.cyanoge...01-10-oct-2011/
Then installed Skype_2.8.0.920_v16 from here. http://forum.xda-dev...highlight=skype
There are several settings to check:
Regular Settings - CyanogenMod settings
Ensure all rotation angles are checked
Skype: Advanced Settings
Force-enable video calling - check
Force camera rotation -check
Avoid setFPS - check
