Camera exposure seems much darker on RC1

Came from 7.1. The controls are working for exposure but the default pictures on a 0 setting are coming out much too dark.

Even setting exposure to +2 it's not great. Seeing as I've just gotten into Instagram this has come at a bad time.

Anyone noticed similar?
