Would like to know this as well. There are about 20+ methods from varying dates on XDA and the Asus unlock tools seem to be for the TF201 and Prime exclusively.

I rooted my TF101 using a debugfs exploit. I spent ages trying to find one that worked. A friendly user on Google+ pointed me in that direction. Although I don't know if it still works because asus may very well have patched that hole.
