625 is out, not the RC1. Maybe there's been a mistake, I'm not sure.

RC1 is nt yet out but next release is RC1 today or by tomorrow it will be released.....

It's pretty stable I didn't experience any restart or saw some bug the only con is the ram. It's horrible to be honest if you have SwiftKey. Only 80 Mb free. I was used to get about 130 to 180 mb. After some time it's frustrating but pretty good after all

I have a bug with the Notification bar buttons (the Enable/Disable mobile data button doesn't change it's status in the notification bar when I press it) this did not happen in previous nightlies.

PS: I still have inverted axis in 3rd party apps.
