So just tried the 31 from codeworkx outside. While everything works correctly i couldn't make the GPS connect, neither in Maps nor Sportstracker.

Still bad here :(

2.04 seems to fix GPS for me! At least now i see 8/9 sats in GPS status & toolbox app.
It also fixed in gmaps inside once. I'll try some more tomorrow but looks way better than before.

Also try to reset AGPS data in GPS status + download GPS data again.

GPS worked fine for me, but when I clicked the 'Use internal GPS' in the settings, GPS died on me and never came to life again. So I think I have to reflash my rom and not press that setting xD

How can one "unselect" the 'Use internal GPS' setting? Since I selected this option it stayed like this, even when flashing new nightlies.

crdb69 is right, it works now!
Tested it with GPS Status application and for the first time there were more than 2 sats found. Actually up to 9 satellites were found and I'm inside (next to the window).
After some time some satellites turned green, my position was fixed and it was saying: 6/8 (fix/sat)!
Hurray! :D :D :D

So the internal gps should be unselect?

It fixes satellites but it takes way longer than on a stock ICS. Anyway, it's better than before. But stay away from 0403, it doesn't even find satellites in the latest version.

Hi

What do you mean by "it", what is the solution?

Thanks

Had the same problem, installing the LPQ modem solved this, no problems whatsoever now.

Solution!!!

Hi guys

go to http://forum.xda-dev...postcount=17181 and download the patch, flash it via recovery.

I flashed the patch 1 Hour ago, it works like a charm, 5 seconds for GPS lock and more than 7 satellites

Just tried the GPS fix above, GPS status got fixed to 7/7 in less than 10s after having Maps showing me my position.
Now is that a placebo effect as told by CODEWORKX and is it the effect of having cleared the AGPS cache and redownloaded AGPS data? Dunno but have a working GPS now :)

Think i'll stick with this 0204 for a while :)

Definitely not a placebo effect. Just flashed this patch as well.
Tested it with GPS Status BEFORE and AFTER the patch.

Before: Took around 70s to fix the position.
After: Took around 15s to fix the position.

Nice job!

I love this thread. I'm happy you guys got this working but confused why it took so long as this solution was posted on March 15th in this very thread...  :)
