Can users of CM9 Alpha 2 tell us if wifi behaves similar(flacky) or have much imporved and don't have to change or try various router configuration to make it work ? This function is a basic important one that effects most of the users of CM9 on touchpad.

anyway, wifi is still not fixed ... as many thread say you have to delete the network saved as favorite and turn of the wifi, than you can reconnect to it

for me, WIFI is about the same as CM7.. possibly better..
use windows machine.. it's much easier
and you are putting your touchpad into the recovery mode right? (or whatever it's called, it will show HUGH USB symbol on the screen)

I had to reflash gapps and the gapps fixer. My guess is that most people will have to do that.

I have not had any issue with Gallery, however I have read that reinstalling the recommended gapps (I believe it is gapps-ics-10230215-signed.zip) is a possible solution.

did you get Alpha 2 installed?
For what it's worth, I downloaded directly to the Touchpad and used the Clockmod to install the update (no computer involved).

All has been working quite well. I do however seem to have lost the capability of REBOOTING? System still shuts down hitting reboot option?
This happening to anyone else...i did upgrade to A1 and thought it was fixed, but on A2 its back...not really an issue, but still wanted to point this out.
Also, not too sure why all the fuss with WiFi, as its been stated quite a few times, its probably the router giving you an issue. Check out your settings; better do a full reset. One thing I’ve learned is if you unplug your router, let sit for about 2 minutes, plug back it can actually fixes many problems. HTH
Kudos to the cyanogen team and all developers for taking the time to keep the HPTP rocking and rolling. Much obliged!
