So after hours of my life searching the web trying to fix my phone I had to stop and start a thread. Please help me if you can.

I have HTC G2 which is stuck on bootloop, I wanted to do a factory reset on it but that seems to be asking too much..

Here are the HBoot stats:

S-ON
HBOOT-0.82.0000
MICROP-0425
RADIO-26.02.01.15_M2
(Sep 2 2010, time)

I can't get any PCIMG.zip working to the bootloader. It checks it, but will do nothing. (Yes I have correct radio version. But if you doubt me, please provide another one - I would be greatly thankful)

If I get into Recovery I'm able to get CMW with v3.0.2.4 but none of the option really work. I can select it but it will get stuck on the CMW logo (which I can escape by pressing power button which brings me back to CMW menu)

Last time I used this phone was months ago, but I can't get it started since I changed the LCD (old LCD bleeding color)

Did you find any solutions yet?  I found your post when I searched on the same problem--G2, bootloop, can boot into recovery but none of the menu options do anything but give me the CWM logo.

In my case, the problem started after I let the battery run down so it shut off automatically, then I turned the phone on (not realizing it was off), then pulled the battery rather than wait for it to finish booting.
