P925 Rogers Update GB

Hello,

The P925G has received the GB update to version 2.3.5. It is LG SW Ver LGP925g-V20c-DEC-22-2011. I would guess that the AT&T users could flash this to there phones since Rogers and AT&T use the same frequencies. The only issues seem to be that it is Rogers branded and is not able to be rooted at this time.  

Am I correct in my assumptions?

There seems to be a lot connectivity issues with flashing the V20C and using it on ATT network. I am constantly rebooting my phone to regain  the network connection.
