Hi,
i have the #204 nighly on my phone, since yesterday the Rom Manager premium says me the #219 is available, so now my question is... what data will be lost if i update?
is is recommend to clear the caches, wipe, dalvik etc....

You won't lose any data. If you want to be sure; create a backup with ClockworkMod. Wipe the Dalvik cache (doesn't affect data/settings) and flash #219 on top of #204.. Did the same yesterday. First boot took a while on mine p990. Using it in combination with ironkrnl32.

Runs very stable! i have readed on the site you linked, but i do not understand what the Ram hack is or what it makes? I'm a german user, can you explain me in a simple english what i have from the RamHack?
