I have been running CM7.1.0 since released as stable. It was great at first, but over time I am seeing more and more dialer lag. Some times it takes almost 20 seconds to just open the dialer, then as long as 15 seconds to connect the call.
I clear my caches and histories and have the same amount of internal storage available.
Anyone else experience this or know how to fix it without a reflash?

Have you cleared Dalvik Cache? I was having same problem recently, and cleared Dalvik, and all lag went away, phone seemed very quick again, compared to what I had been used to.
Give it a shot...might solve your prob.
