Sometimes my phone cant be turn on, the screen stays black and there is no response from the volume-buttons or power-button. There is no scheme, it just happens sometimes.

This is the logcat output when i try to turn on the phone:

I did not further investigate it, but it seems I have the same problem from time to time (not every day). Last time, I think it happend when I plugged out my headphones.

If possible, try to call yourself from another phone. At least, this wakes my Defy up again. Still annoying but sometimes easier than removing the battery.

Does this work for you also?

But i can get it back alive by recharging it. But if i'm not at home i have to remove the battery. I hate this bug.

I have this problem when I make any call, but not when are calling me, and the funnier of this is you can talk without problems to anything but the screen stay black.
I think this bug will be corrected soon :)

It seems that it was introduced with 7.1.0 stable. I cant remember having this bug on the previous releases.

Btw: calling my phone does not wake it. I have to recharge or unplug the battery.
